Description

Immunogentubulin from rat brain.
SpecificityThe antibody recognizes all five isoforms of β-tubulin (β1-β5).1 It reacts with the β-Lc and β-Sc fragments in the carboxy-terminal part of β−tubulin in immunoblotting. The antibody may be used to localize β−tubulin in cultured cells or tissue sections.
Physical formSolution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4 containing 1% bovine serum albumin and 15 mM sodium azide.
