Monoclonal Anti-β-Tubulin−FITC antibody produced in mouse
clone TUB 2.1, purified immunoglobulin, buffered aqueous solution
| Synonym: | Monoclonal Anti-β-Tubulin |
Description
| Immunogen | tubulin from rat brain. |
| Specificity | The antibody recognizes all five isoforms of β-tubulin (β1-β5).1 It reacts with the β-Lc and β-Sc fragments in the carboxy-terminal part of β−tubulin in immunoblotting. The antibody may be used to localize β−tubulin in cultured cells or tissue sections. |
